You may choose First Class Air. If you do so, it is at your own risk. We cannot insure or track your order and therefore will not take responsibility for lost shipments. Please read the shipping rates below for First Class Air and choose when asked on the "Buy Now" page the appropriate amount for shipping.
Incorrect shipping amounts will delay shipping until we have contacted you and arranged for correct postage. Please make sure the email address you have given in the order record is one you respond to so that we can reach you for corrections and confirm your order.
Other options such as International Express Shipping or International Priority are available, and offers our international customers insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation and faster delivery time. You must contact us via email so that we can assemble your order utilizing one of these other options. Once we have mutually agreed upon the cost of shipping, we can send you a paypal invoice and you can pay for your order via paypal.

Our policy on international shipping:
Shipping rates for socks sent out of America can vary. The rates can vary. We don’t want to charge more than we have to in order to get them to you. If we can save money on the shipping of your socks and not utilize the amount you have been charged, we will refund the difference to your PayPal purchase.
Return Policy:
Whinny Warmers® and Summer Whinnys® work great for many horses, but if they don't work out for your horse, you can return the socks in any condition as long as they are postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. You may return using parcel post but recommend you include “Delivery Confirmation”. The socks have to reach us for a refund.
