Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business day of receipt. Demand for our socks is high and if there will be a delay in shipping we will contact you so please leave us a valid email address. If you are shipping to more than one address, you must place separate orders.
Our rates for shipping rates are based on the best service we can offer our customers at the best price. As you know, Priority mail doesn’t cost but a fraction more than parcel post.

Return Policy:
Whinny Warmers® and Summer Whinnys® work great for many horses, but if they don't work out for your horse, you can return the socks in any condition as long as they are postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will refund your purchase price, minus shipping and handling. We do not pay the cost of returning products but you are invited to use the lowest method of shipping possible such as USPS Parcel Post. Regardless of what form of shipping you use, we recommend you include “Delivery Confirmation”. But the socks have to reach us for a refund. Thank you.
