Your order of in-stock merchandise will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business day of receipt. Demand for our socks is high and if there will be a delay in shipping we will contact you so please leave us a valid email address. If you are shipping to more than one address, you must place separate orders.
Our rates for shipping rates are based on the best service we can offer our customers at the best price. As you know, Priority mail doesn’t cost but a fraction more than parcel post.

International Shipping Policy:
We have dealers in Europe, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. Email us at info@whinnywarmers.com and we will either put you in touch with a dealer that can help you or we will help you ourselves if that 1st option is not available. DO NOT place an international order on our site. Our cart is not designed to calculate international shipping. Prices vary wildly for international shipping. If you cannot get the socks you want from one of our international dealers, then send us an email. Tell us what you want to order. We will calculate the shipping and send you a total and an invoice to make an online payment. It is usually more economical to buy directly from our international dealers than from us because they have shipped the socks in larger quantities and saved money by doing so. Thank you.
Return Policy:
Our socks work for most horses. Check out our FAQ page for more information. Give them a fair chance to prove it. Some horses take a few days to a week to forget they are there. As with any leg wear, the socks should be at least checked for adjustments in the morning and evenings. We suggest you view the video on our homepage on how to put them on and take them off. This will help make your first experience with them a breeze. Please call us if you have any questions about them. 850-907-5724.
Important: Our socks do not fit the large draft or draft cross horses. Call us first if you are in doubt about fit to make sure the socks will fit your horse. We will not refund purchases made for draft or draft cross horses.
Don’t put on all four socks until you know they will work out for your horse. We will only refund used socks at 30% of your purchase price. The new-unused returned socks will be refunded at 100% of your purchase price. You must return the socks for replacement, or refund within 30 days of your purchase and your return must include a copy of the packing slip. Initial cost of shipping is not eligible for refund nor return shipping. If you wish to ask for a refund, please call us first for a return processing number. We will do the math so that return is calculated per sock. No returns accepted on single purchase socks.
Damaged/Defective Items:
We stand behind our products! If you receive an item that is defective, you MUST contact us with the specific issue within 48 Hours of receipt so that we may exchange the item for its exact replacement. No Exceptions!
Items damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Your assistance will be required during the claim process.
Exchanges can be made with an additional payment for shipping and handling. Please call us to make those arrangements. Items that have been previously replaced because of a sizing exchange are not refundable.

We recommend that you return socks to us inexpensively using parcel post USPS with “Delivery Confirmation”. You must get the socks to us for a refund.
